Business Owners in New York Stand Up to Police and Health Dept After Gov. Cuomo's COVID Orders” (VIDEO)

People all over America are fed up with the strict orders that come from their governors in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

One state that has been at the top of the most tyrannical has been New York. Governor Andrew Cuomo is on a power trip and finally people are fed up with it and aren't going to take it anymore.

Last week, about 100 business owners in Buffalo, NY gathered Friday in the Orchard Park gym Athletes Unleashed to discuss the new shutdown orders.

They believe that Cuomo's orders unfairly target certain types of businesses in the Erie County orange zone. interfering with their livelihood.

According to Buffalo News,

A gathering of about 50 business owners and their supporters inside an Orchard Park gym shut down by Covid-19 restrictions turned into a confrontation with Erie County authorities Friday night.

The owner of the gym, Athletes Unleashed on California Road, described the gathering as a protest of the state’s “orange zone” regulations that have closed gyms, salons and other businesses deemed nonessential.

No one was cited and no arrests were made, according to two people who attended, but video of the incident shows an Erie County health inspector accompanied by three sheriff’s deputies arriving about 20 minutes after the gathering began.

Following a complaint made by an "anonymous" person ( according to the health department official), Erie County sheriffs and a health department worker entered Robby Dinero's gym, his private property, and told the business owners ( who were rallied by the gym owner) they were in violation of Gov. Cuomo's order that limited mass gatherings to no more than 10 people.

Their feelings of frustration and anger bubbled up and erupted when they saw the authorities. Cuomo has taken away from them the freedom to choose how they can operate their businesses during the pandemic. One of them told the sheriffs to leave the private property immediately because they were "trespassing without a warrant", while another business owner said that "civil disobedience starts now".

The business owners fought back against Cuomo's orders, including the statewide mask mandate, chanting "we will not comply", "get out" and "go get a warrant". They also filmed the entire confrontation that ended with the sheriffs and the health department official ushered off the private property.

I'm glad to see this and I hope we see a lot more of it. We need to stand up for ourselves because nobody else will apparently. Also, we need some good sheriffs who are willing to interpose and stand in defiance of the governor's orders when they violate the law.
